How are you sure you have no viruses?  Have you run a total system scan with malwarebytes and/or something similar recently?

Like what Ryan_Vickers says, I would run a virus scan using your anti-virus program

You know how it is, the cow goes "moo", the dog goes "woof" and the gamer goes "The PvP is unbalanced."

I am doing a full scan now, but I don't know I also have an issue where my Windows 10 start menu won't open, but it's was because of a program that hasn't been updated.
