So I was going to order my pc off of hardwareversand.de but in the checkout it brings you to a link named "secure.payengine.de" I was just wondering is this safe? First time using this site : /

Its common for sites to use some external payment service. Here many sites use service called PayTrail. Its cheaper and easier to retailer as those services have support for all most common payments and you pay only bulk fee. Rather than paying for all different credit card and bank transfer services.

 

Check on that link and you get https://www.concardis.de/en/home.html . For a fake/scam site they would have done very good job to cover it. Imo its real deal.

I would not order at Hardwareversand.de, they ran out of money last year and you will not have any kind of warranty, I guarantee it.

Cancel your order if you can!

Haven't ordered yet due to quite a few negative reviews, and you can just change the language on the top right?

P.S. Any relatively cheap websites you know of?

I used Alternate.de for last purchase. Many from Finland use Mindfactory.de from German sites.
