windows 7 boot animation

im trying to make a custom windows boot animation in after effects but im kind of a noob at that stuf so if anyone knows a good video on how to do it please post a link. ive searched myself and the other videos are too simple. im basicaly trying to have a bear scratch marks appear ant then have a bear pop up. below are the pictures i want to use.
