Logic Gate Assistance Please

Right so i have some college work that i have to write in assembly language, that bit is fine but i need to work out what logic i need to use

 

I have been give two ASCII Hex Values 

0x32 = 2 = 00110010

0x36 = 6 = 00110110

 

With these values i need to make the integer value of 26 / Hex 0x1A / 00011010

 

What logic gates will make this possible
