So I'm having boot trouble with Windows 10 so I want to reinstall. However, I'd really rather not lose all of my stuff on my computer. I found the recovery page in my settings, but it says it will only keep the files and not my apps. Does this mean my software like Sony Vegas and Photoshop will be deleted? If so, is there a way to reinstall windows AND keep my stuff?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

You can try running the Windows repair tool other than that theres no way to keep everything you've downloaded and installed to your pc. Sorry :/

theres no option to keep your software, and the inbuild clean setup from system settings takes HOURS where a clean install from a usb stick takes like 10-15minutes.
