Trouble with CTRL+ALT Marks advanced from basic stuff

Hello !

 

So i have problem with my keyboard i use north EU layout and i know all the basic stuff how to try to get them work but still i can't get them to work. I use Logitech G910 keyboard with north EU layout too and in the past it have worked normal until bought my new computer. But still the system is the same (windows10). I have tried all the basic stuff like Shift-alt / Crtl-Shift. Of course i have tried to alter the windows keyboard setting and lay out even when i change it to other layout they marks doesn't work at all. I tried to find solutions for it a while now from the internet but nothing to help for it.
