Help! affordable build?

So, I want to start building my first PC but I have very limited funds, so that makes it difficult. I've looked at a setup like this but it got a bit pricey. This would be used mostly for light gaming, maybe light photo/video editing and a bit of music production. Any ideas to improve/ make it more affordable or a better build?

I do need mouse, keyboard, 1 monitor, don't need a really great right now, might upgrade to 2 but that will be much later. Don't need OS

$500 USD

Budget?

For gaming, lose the SSD and you could have a nice rig like this for $730, with a better PSU, GPU, CPU etc.
