Broken wire in headset.

Hello guys.

I have a realy big problem. In my country (Netherlands) is the kraken pro neon blue right now limited and in the razer store also. And my Kraken pro neon blue is death. The right earcup dont work anymore. Sometimes if i fold it half. If the store where i purchest it will it worth it to take it apart and resolder the wires. If it is a yea ? will this lower my old sound qualty that i had before it was broken. Its a broken wire inside on the right side where it folds normaly. I hope someone can help my with this.

I suppose it's not unter warranty anymore? If it is RMA it.

If it's dead, you have nothing to lose by trying to get it repaired. However, you should attempt an RMA first.

it is fixed i just get back from the store where i bouch it and they give my the money back couse i had 24 mouths waranty
