Best export settings for VSDC free video editor and Windows Movie Maker

Though i have tried to find the perfect export settings for both VSDC free video editor and Windows Movie Maker, when uploading the video file onto YouTube i am greeted with this... (basically it means my export settings are not optimized)

As my internet is super slow, like 500 kilobytes per second for upload, I really need to optimize the export settings so i can upload the videos faster. 

However even though i have tried many diffrent export settings, nothing have seemed to match with google optimised video settings 

i did follow this guide - https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1722171?hl=en, but still had no luck

Does anybody know the best export settings for both VSDC free video editor and Windows Movie Maker?
