I've been noticing this lag spike I get when playing counter-strike 1.6. I had my net_graph open and noticed, when I lag, the ping jumps to about 500ms from 30ms-40ms. They happen for about 1-3 seconds every 45 seconds'ish. I also noticed that I was getting 12 loss and 3 choke. I did some reading up and found that loss means the computer is 'bad' and choke is the server. Source: http://www.csload.com/counter-strike-rates-choke-loss-fps-interp.php

I highly doubt my PC is 'bad' unless I have a bad component. Any help?
