Those are all awesome, but the shipping isnt free ;w;

Phanteks one is well within budget, and Newegg has free shipping on it. It's a pretty good cooler, too.

yeah usually if a person says they can't go over i assume its a present and thats why. like your parents say we can spend this much for christmas so tell me what you want, and you can't go over

I definitely dont mind beefy :3 I have a huge case so it will fit pretty much anything

You may need to look into RAM clearance on the double heatsink ones like the first Raijintek one I posted. If you have high profiles RAM, the fan may not clear it.

What kind of dollars are you using?

Why under 60c? You're fine up to 90c at load.

Because Intel's website said the maximum temp for the processor 3570k is 67 3:

And USD.

67.4c is the max temp for the ihs and not the cpu core. The cpu stops running when the cores reach 105c.

Depending on how much you want to spend, H7: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cryorig-cpu-cooler-h7

Pure Rock: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk009

or Kotetsu would be fine: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/scythe-cpu-cooler-scktt1000
