Need laptop (sub $500)

So I've posted this before and gotten $800+ suggestions. I can spend maybe $450 max but 250 - 350 is ideal. I need a laptop. MUST BE 1080p minimum! I'd prefer an Intel processor as well and being able to smoothly play minecraft and other F2P games would be nice. I hate being tied to my desk an since my desktop is already a workhorse I don't need a laptop to be so powerful. I'll be using it to write and watch YouTube and Netflix and maybe play emulators as well. I also might use it at work where we process video for city governments most of the video is 360x480 or 720x480 which we export as MPG. And I'd also like to be able to perform simple edits (1080p) of my own video if I'm on the road. No rendering or exporting just basic edits. Please help

Maybe, my title was probably misleading, 450 is really my maximum, I'll even look at used but I don't know how to buy a used laptop, is a 2nd gen core i7 or i5 still "good" for a laptop? Is a 940m 2gb going to be just as good as a 2gb 960m?
