Just as the title says. I'd say keep it less than $40 if possible, and for reference, if anybody's ever played the game Civ City Rome, a game like that.

Cities: Skylines is amazing.

 

Anno 2070 is pretty fun but not entirely a city builder, has more elements to it :P
