Windows 10 usb troubleshooting

boot order in bios is as follows:

 

1.)windows 10 (usb) 

2.) SSD

3.) dvd drive

 

Upon saving it gives me the message as nothing has changed in bios and reboots but after 3-4 minutes it returns to the bios screen.

Am I missing something?

Try updating maybe? I don't know what manufacturer you have but go to their website and search BIOS updates.
