Help Choosing The "Correct" RAM

Go to solution Solved by DXMember,

Here is the Qualified Vendor List for your specific motherboard, that means these specific RAM modules were tested with your specific motherboard

http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_ga-g41m-combo.pdf

but I guess good luck on finding them still selling,

try any DDR3 kit, if it doesn't work refund it

Also neat littler trick - click on "Support & Download", then proceed to "Memory Support List" - my "girlfriend" showed it to me

ok guys so upgrading the girlfriends PC its old and yea it old here are the specs

Cpu: Core 2 Duo E8500 3.00ghz

M/board: Gigabyte G41M-Combo

RAM: 4gb DDR2

PSU: Corsair 650w (new)  (just replaced because wereever she got it noname brand psu rated at 668w fishyasfuck)

GPU: GTX 750ti (new) (had a Nivida 8500 GS 512m so this had to go)

so heres what im asking what is the correct DDR3 RAM to upgrade with this? I'd like to take advantage of dual channel and the boards limit is 8gb

and yes it supports both DDR2 and DDR3 RAM

but when i shop online is can't find the RAM to match via looking at the M/board Specs: http://www.gigabyte.com.au/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4213#sp

I thoguht of getting something like this but im not sure http://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/products_review.phtml?id=10&bid=3&id2=153&sid=152727 or http://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=153&bid=3&sid=153876
