I don't know to much about internet speeds, but I am supposed to get 110 Mbps, sometimes when I test it I get 170 Mbps, and other times I get like 20, Is there something wrong with my internet? Also I am on WIFI not Ethernet.

On one of my other laptops I only get a maximum of 60mbps

It could be many things. ISP throttling, WiFi interference, peak time congestion and so on.

First thing to try is connecting via wire and seeing if it fluctuates still.

Ive heard of different speed measurements could it be that?

Also why would my other laptop be so different?

It depends. When are you seeing these different speeds?

The WiFi receiver can make a large difference. Some devices can take priority based on their network adapter.
