PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

When i was reinstalling windows 7 64bit onto my pc it comes up with the the pfn_list_corrupt BSOD error.

Stop Code
  0x0000004E

I tried booting to even start the installation process but after the installation cd reaches the end of "Windows is loading files" it comes up with this error. I tried with no HDD in aswell and the same error occured.
