So I'm going to build my PC, but not for a while so I can make changes.  I would like to know if this build is good:

Intel Core i5-4460 3.2Ghz Quad-Core Processor

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

ASRock H97M PRO4 Mirco ATX Motherboard

G. SKill Ares Series 8GB DDR3-2400 Memory

Intel Pro 2500 120GB 2.5" SSD

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200 RPM HDD

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4B (Not SC or SSC)

NZXT H440 (Matte Black/Red) ATX Mid-Tower Case

Corsair CX 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

P.S. Don't ask what games I'll be playing :)

I would get R9 390 instead of the GTX 970, better performance and cheaper(and extra 4GB vram, or 4.5GB full speed)

390 you mean? 380 is on the same range of the GTX 960, not GTX 970.

GTX 960 < R9 380 < GTX 970 < R9 390

It will still have 4 GB of real memory, cost less, and will still perform great in 1080p gaming, look at bench marks.

He should use the extra money to get a better PSU.

We need to know what games he will play xD

Thank you so much! I will definitely use these parts in my build to reduce the price.  P.S. is that SSD reliable? I have never heard of that brand.

That build is a little more money than I would like it to be, maybe bring the PSU to a 650 watt?

I like that other person's build, go with that one :D

How many frames do you think I would get on high settings on GTA V?

I don't play that shit!

No really, IDK.  I estimate a solid 60FPS can be had with a few reductions in AA and shadow quality/resolution... maybe foliage and crap if needed.
