No display showing up...

This is probably a dumb issue but.., A few months ago i posted here about a few upgrades. someone recommended this

 

I was going to use this motherboard

And this processor

With an evga gtx 950...

 

We attached everything but nothing shows up on the display.... The processor is used and came in faulty packaging but is there any other reason this can be happening? It would reset before it turns on for good and neither first or second restart show anything on my monitor.

Does it even Beep Bios codes? Just because you said the processor came in faulty packaging and was used I'm gonna guess it's probably dead.

we just put in the old processor its not lighting now either. and no blink bios codes

Eh, Just methodically replace parts with ones you know work till you find the problem. I'm assuming that' it's not your screen or your connection to the screen.
