So AVG just isn't working for me at all xD I usually love the program, but for some reason when I try to a) Uninstall it or B ) Repair it, I just keep getting error messages and I Can't figure out how to get it the **** off my hard drive >:( It may because it doesn't have access to the internet (Why this is I don't know) but when I tried to add it to the list, I can't find the right EXE it's all AVG_Email_Protection or AVG_Online_Scanner and none of it is just AVG. Should I add them all to the list?

Ermmmm idk, seems weird... I would create a restore point in windows, then delete the complete avg thing completely.

reinstall it as a new avg and see if that fixes it

if it fks up, just go back to the restore point and try something else :/

It keeps saying I need Administrator permission, despite me being an administrator. xD

I know this is a little extreme but try a boot CD and delete it from there.
