Which Radiator For Silent Optimized

I'm using 3 480mm radiators cooling 2 780s, CPU, RAM and Motherboard. Using Gentle Typhoons at 1000RPM what radiators will provide the best silence/performance.

 

I was thinking the XSPC AX 480mm http://www.frozencpu.com/products/21112/ex-rad-640/XSPC_AX480_Quad_120mm_Radiator_w_Aluminum_Enclosure_-_White.html?tl=c95s570b49

Or the Alphacool ST30 http://www.frozencpu.com/products/15666/ex-rad-375/Alphacool_NexXxoS_ST30_Full_Copper_Slim_Profile_Quad_120mm_Radiator.html?tl=c95s570b42

 

If you have any other suggestions of radiators or what RPM i should run then let me know

Any thin low FPI rad is optimised for low RPM fans. Thicker rads (even low FPI) tend to be all-rounders.
