I'm thinking of building an HTPC and want cheap components that gets the job done.

I've been comparing the ASRock E350M1, which is one of these Fusion motherboards with integrated CPU, with a cheapo FM2 motherboard (MSI FM2-A55M-E33 mATX) and pair it with an A4 4000 CPU. Both of these offer all I need which is HDMI output.

Including the price of a replacement fan on the fusion board, they would both set me back by about the same amount - although knowing AMD's stock coolers I'd probably need to shed out some more with the FM2 board for a quieter aftermarket cooler. So a simple media box, would the A4 CPU with FM2 mobo be worth the slightly higher price?
