My phone keeps disconnecting from the cellular network (in areas where it should have a strong connection) and it forces me to restart my phone to reconnect to 4g. The phone is a refurbished replacement sent to me from asurion, the insurance company. Will swapping it out fix the issue?

Probably. I don't face this problem, so swapping it out is your best option. Although, you can try factory resetting to see if it resolves that problem.

I've now found that the refurb they sent me has a scratched lens so swapping it out is my best bet. Thank you
