The 960 is junk unless you can get it for some RIDICULOUS low price. 970 is alright if you can find it on sale, otherwise 390.

 

EDIT: I wouldn't bother with a 380, much less a 960, if you're coming from a 270x. To see any improvement, got 380x or higher.

It's only worth it for specific budgets, but when compared to a 390, the 390 comes out better price to performance wise.

He means don't bother with the others. The 390 performs 15% better in most games. I would recommend any Sapphire, XFX, or MSI R9-390.
