Always Shutdown

Hi all!

Okay my first problem is when i turned on my PC. After 5-10 Minutes my PC always shut down and doing nothing. And after a few days when i boot up my pc it's just going to to safemode. Even in safe mode it always shutdown after 5-10 minutes
