Laptop graphics

Hey guys,i have a laptop with nVidia 710m graphics card and 12 gigs of ram(10 avaliable)

I wondered if i could upgrade my graphics by increasing dedicated ram or however it's called.Because integrated cards use system ram,right?

Or is it possible to get better gpu,for example 780 m? :)

Unless the laptop has an MXM GPU slot then I'd say it's time for a new laptop
