Black Ops 3 Disk Write Error

I tried to install BO3 on steam and when it finished and tried to play it said '(disk write error)', it hasn't actually finished installing so I cant find it in my steamapps files and I also have the same problem with CS:GO, but I have it installed, so I can fix it. How do I fix this error? Can you show me multiple ways to fix this, because I have tried ways already and none of them have worked.

That's usually bad sectors on your hard drive.  You can try chkdsk to see.  

How do I do this? Because I have it on my SSD so would it break it?

No, that's defragging that can slow an SSD down.  Chkdsk is MS's tool that check storage drives for errors.  If you have windows go into my computer, then right click on the drive, click properties, and I think it's under a tab that says "Tools".  It's the thing under error checking that has a shield next to the word check.  http://www.thewindowsclub.com/disk-error-checking-windows-8 For 7 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2641432.  It's all the same tool with each Windows OS, if Windows.

I did that but it still has the same error
