MSVCR110.dll Is missing from your pc error?

I tried to install open broadcaster software (obs to many people) and i get this error (i got this for obs, it just told me to get this and this came up) so how do i fix it, this error came up when it told me this is what you NEED TO FIX IT

It should be part of the C++ Visual Redist.
