Default Browser settings on Windows 10

My recent upgrade to windows 10 is not letting me set google chrome as my default browser, its not even giving me that option, but it is displlaying every other browser... what to do?

Try reinstalling Chrome and check again.

It's a Win 10 thing. I guess it provides a degree of security that programs can't set themselves as default but it is annoying AF.

From the Windows start menu, go to Settings, then System, then in the left-hand list click Default apps and scroll the right side down to find 'Web Broser', Click the + sign to assign a program.
