Capture device problems.

So i bought a new capture device, the Roxio hd pro, but when I set it up I can't get any picture on my tv screen from my ps4. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

PS4 has HDCP embedded in it.

Bingo.

Try something else like a cable box or something just to make sure that the cap card IS working.

When in doubt, re-format.
