Is it wireless?

It's probably running out of battery or your Bluetooth is shite.

For now I'd buy a cheap mouse to get yourself by and RMA the broken mouse. Sounds like the sensor is broken or perhaps there's a break in the cable (I had this).

Happens all the time. The sensor is broken. Can you still click? Find a another mouse for your setup or another setup for your mouse to verify it's bricked and RMA the thing.

I'm pretty sure the sensor is not broken cause the cursors moves but jumps back right away,

That sounds like a completely different issue then. Probably nothing wrong with the mouse, something is capturing it on the screen. I've had this with a virus in the past and a game once (can't remember which one this is years back).

Might be worth rebooting into Safe Mode and running a virus scan. Also check the startup applications for anything that looks out of place. Might help you rule out the culprit.
