Accidently

Go to solution Solved by Charlie27364,

Finally got it. I was messing with Disk Management for a while and when I right clicked the partition it wouldn't let me delete. Than I clicked it, clicked the delete on the top, and it worked. Back to it's original size.

I have this spare old computer that is super laggy and I've been thinking of what to do with it. I heard of haiku and how it works amazing on weak hardware. I was to download the ISO, use windows disk imager to put it on the USB, and put it in my old computer install, but than I came into a problem. I was going to look into my USB through file explorer, but than it said it had to be formatted, so I accidently did, but I set it to 689MB. Is there any way I can set it back to it's original full capacity?

(I know your not suppose to format it, again, it was an accident)

Try formatting it again, is there not an option to choose the amount?

You could extend the partition to the whole drive.

That could work.

It worked for me in windows.

I thought I had some money... Oh wait... I spent it all ;(

Doesn't let me choose. Only one option. Also do you know how to post images to LTT forums? It says this type of link is not welcomed here..

Problem is that thing tries to format the partition, not the entire drive. in order to do that you're going to need a third-party utility.

GParted is a good one but the catch-22 here is that you're going to have to install it on a live USB stick if you're on Windows. Do you have an extra one?

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.

Sadly I don't, I got three new USB drives coming in.
