Issues registering Sapphire GPU

I ended up getting an email from sapphire that ended up registering my card.

So I am trying to register my new sapphire nitro 390. I entered the ID and SN. Then hit enter and was greeted by this screen. https://gyazo.com/adecce591afd9dc971614c2f6451ae06 If I try to register the card in a new tab it says that the SN is already in use. Thanks for the help!  :)
