Moving steam games

When I install games on my steam account they go onto my ssd, how can I start moving them onto my hd? I used to know how to do it, but I forgot

When you install games, you have the choice of installing in different locations. Clicking the drop down menu for that will allow you to also create a new Steam Library. Alternatively, you can head into the Downloads section and create a library directly.
