Black screen when installing drivers for dedicated GPU

I have a HP 4530s probook i5 with Radeon Graphics (Radeon HD 7470). I was playing SC2 until the image froze and I only heard the sound. No command from keyboard was recognized. I tried many times before performing a forced shut down. After restart, Windows 10 couldn't boot and got stuck at boot screen with image frozen. I decided to wipe and reinstall. Everything was normal until I installed the drivers for the gpu. After installing the drivers, my pc tried to switch graphics and the screen flashed a couple of times and then it would show black screen only. No response from keyboard commands (but can't say much about it since I couldn't see anything if it was working or not). I installed the original Windows 7 it came with and installed the original drivers and have the same issue. In both OS the boot up is frozen (in Windows 10 at the windows logo and in Windows 7 at the Starting Windows) I have disabled the gpu in BIOS so it runs on the Intel HD 3000 for now.

Any ideas? Did I fry my gpu?

Thanks
