Specs:

 

Case: Fractal Define R5

Motherboard: MSI Z170 Krait Gaming

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z 8GB Dual DDR4 3200

Hard Drive: WD Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO Series 250GB 2.5" SSD

CPU: Intel i5-6600 3.2GHz 

OS: Windows 10

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212x

 

Peripherals: I already have those stuff

Budget: Around $1275

Reason: I'm currently using a toaster as a PC.

Location: Philippines

Z170 is wasteful with a locked CPU. A Fury will increase performance by 30% over a 390

R9 390(x) or a GTX 980 if you can pick it up for cheap.
