Free Remote App replacement?

I'm currently running a Windows Server 2000 SP4 domain controller. I was wondering if there is a free software where I could run remote apps from the server to the clients so multiple users can have different apps at once. I believe Citrix has something like this but I'd rather not spend money to get this working. :) Any software like that I could use? I don't care if the client end requires a software to be installed or if it's a web access type thing.
