BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_ERROR Windows 10

Hello,

When I turn on my computer which I built last year, this occurs ( in order ); BIOS screen then an error , This PC ran into an error and needs to be restarted, I let it do that then it says preparing automatic repair, then it says diagnosing your PC , but then blue screens comes up , your PC did not start correctly , press restart to restart your PC which can sometimes fix..... Blah blah bla. WHAT DO I DOOOOO

PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258

MOBO: Asus h97 plus

GPU: Radeon r7 260x

PSU: enermax 650w bronze

HDD: Seagate 1tb hard drive 7200rpm

NOTE: I did recently upgrade to Windows 10 Pro 64bit from Windows 7 Ultimate

The CPU isn't over locked, it is a stock settings

that is the only was I have ever gotten that. Is your ram OC.

no it's not, everything is at stock , I'm really confused how I got this bc I know what your saying, OC' ing is usually the problem

 

I've also tried with a different cpu

try reseating the ram and GPU
