I believe you need to get more RAM, if I remember the mount of VRAM you have is dictated by the amount of RAM your system has.

Don't quote me on that 

It is related, but the BIOS controls how much of the system RAM is allocated to the iGPU, and there seems to not be an option to change that in this case.
