Hello,

I was using my Razer Kraken headset for quite some time. But couple days ago my right headphone stopped working. I was testing it on my: PC, Laptop, Tablet, Phone and non of those worked. I was trying to open the headset but there is no easy way to. Do you know what is reason of my problem and how to solve it ?

Sometimes headphones just break. Do you remember bending it accidentally or the 3.5mm cable came unplugged accidentally. If not I would probably return it

:] Sorry for large image

Most likely it failed due to being cheap junk. That is, the driver has failed or come disconnected. Only way to know is to crack the thing open and take a look at the innards. Assuming the problem is even fixable, you'll need to be able to do some soldering, and possibly a cable replacement if that turns out to have been the point of failure due to short.

I assume that you've already tried the headset with other devices to isolate it as the source of the issue.

Same thing happened to mine.

I'll tell you the same thing I did, PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

Take then AND SHOVE THEM UP RAZERS CEO'S ASS.

( Over exaggerated lol ) just junk then and go buy a pair of Kingston HyperX Clouds. 10x better quality. Wait... 100000000000x. The Krakens are pure shit.
