I have an Xbox One and an Elgato HD60 game capture device. I am looking to livestream via twitch using the Elgato software. What specs would you recommend for around $500. I am not against building a PC for it but if I could get the specs in an already made PC for my price, I will go with that.

I don't know a lot about broadcasting software but I have 2 very popular recommendations:

- OBS - Open Broadcaster Software is simple, very easy to use and functional.

- I've heard only good things about XSplit Broadcaster but it costs money.

If they can accept your capture device as a source.
