driver problem samsung laptop

hi i got laptop from a frend he asked me to install him a fresh install of windows so i did but i cent not run any games (mising drivers) and i cent install them for life of my spec

 win 7 64 ulitmate sp1
cpu intel pentium b970 2.3 ghz
4 gb ram
graf amd radeon hd 7600m

i tryed manually instaled catalyst tryed catalyst 14  auto detect tool and i cant get it to work even cs 1.6 hast to play on softwere mode...
help pls ...

and if someone cud geve my link for drivers :)
