How to change boot drive

Go to solution Solved by EpicWaffles,

Clone the HDD to the SSD, go into the bios and boot from the ssd and then format the HDD so you can use it as storage.

Thanks?

I realize this question has probably been asked before but I have been running a hard drive for all my stuff and recently got a ssd for christmas. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to transfer windows onto my ssd and set it as my boot drive with out doing a clean install. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: i have 350 gigs of storage on hdd and a 480gb ssd
