Best Portable Laptop?

Hey guys!

 

I am looking for a decent deal on a new laptop with these specs:

 

-High end dual core or a quad (These are a must have)

-At least 8gbs of memory, preferable upgradable to 16gbs

-Discrete video card with at least 2gb of dedicated memory

-Windows (duh)

-6hrs+ battery under normal use

-15 inch screen or smaller

-Less than 3kg

-Less than $1200 usd

-Maybe backlit keyboard???

-Touch Screen is ok but not necessary

My vote goes to the MSI one. Acer laptops are furnaces that have the CPU reach 98*C
