Using DSR In Fullscreen + V Sync

Hi all,

 

Bit of a problem with my 1080p 144hz monitor and using DSR to play games in fullscreen.

 

Whenever I play a game with DSR active, my monitor switches to 60hz in fullscreen and in windowed mode it's 144hz, I have tried disabling v sync with no difference.

 

If I don't use DSR with a 1080p resolution this problem does not happen and my monitor displays 144hz in fullscreen.

 

Is there an option to fix this issue and have my monitor display 144hz using DSR in fullscreen?

Somebody on the Nvidia forum found a workaround:

For games where you get stuck at 60 Hz using DSR resolutions, set your desktop resolution to the same DSR resolution you will use ingame. The game will then use your desktop refresh rate (144 Hz in my case) At least for Borderlands this is working. Borderless window mode also seems to circumvent this issue but causes weird jaggies and resizing artifacts with DSR enabled for some reason, though it doesn't show up in screenshots."
