Screen flicker ?!

Hello, im not sure its called screen flicker, but i see waves going from top to down of my screen (its TN 1080p 60Hz) . Its connected to iGPU.

My other 1080p IPS monitor conncted to GPU is fine.

its not as noticable but if i look for it its annopying as hell.


Anyone knows what im talking about and a possible fix  or is it common issue with cheap TNs ?

Connection: 200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi

My baby: CPU - i7-4790, MB - Z97-A, RAM - Corsair Veng. unfortunately not an option. GTX 760 has stuttering issue when i plug in more than one screen...
