Well I know that a lot of people will think this is a horrible response, but if you can fit both with your PSU and you said that they cost the same, why not just do a coin toss.

Yup, horrible response.

 

Personally, the 950 is more enticing so I'd go for that, but it depends on the brand of card you can get to be honest.

Ah, I knew it. Yeah, I would honestly go with the 950, or save some more pennies for a 960/380/380X.
