Wireless Adapter for Desktop

Anyone recommend a wireless adapter for my desktop?

1. Do you need it just for internet access?
2. What is your internet subscription speed?
3. What router do you have?

2. 70 MBps Down 15 Up/School Wifi

3. Neatgear N600 but will be upgrading to a more powerful one soon/School Router

 

I will be using it at home (during summers) and at school during the school year. 

 

Also, money isn't really an issue and I really like bleeding edge things when it comes to my computer so it's not like I want the bear bones, I'd rather get something that I can feel confident in it's ability to handle anything.

I've been very happy with the Rosewill RNX-N250UBE  http://www.amazon.com/Rosewill-Wireless-Adapter-External-RNX-N250UBE/dp/B006WWN016 and the Belkin N600 db wireless adapter.

Both have been very solid for me. No dropped connection

Should have mentioned this earlier, but I was looking at PCI Express Adapters

 

I'm not sure what I should be looking for.

Ive used both the TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 and the TP=LINK TL-WN881ND. Both sucked in windows 10. Sent the TL-WN881ND back for refund. Still have the TL-WDN4800 and will try that with win7 at a later date. Highly recommend usb wireless adapter
