Custom clock app for Windows?

So this morning when I woke up I and for some reason had this urge to customise my clock and date settings but found that windows is "surprisingly" limited in the amount of customisation allowed.

 

So I was hoping that someone on here might know of a nice little app that can allow me to at least use Unicode characters and display milliseconds on the taskbar.

 

Edit* T-Clock provides support for unicode and seconds but not milliseconds but I guess that is a bit excessive.
